It was good to see youngsters able to run on the track. Croydon had a great day, winning three of the 4 races. 
One of the British favourites for an Olympic medal, Molly Caudery warming up in the women’s pole vault event.

Week 227 – July 16th – Walk around London
I was wandering around London, after taking Claire to St Thomas hospital, see other blog post. Thankfully the weather was decent to allow this.

We took a trip to Greenwich Park and Greenwich, as the weather was decent and had a walk by the river Thames.
