First rose flower of the year, on Claire’s mum’s rose tree.

We think it’s looking good and many more to come and, on my dad’s, rose too.
Not been the easiest year for the gardening, due to the weather and Claire’s dad, but were slowly getting there and two of the old favourites are blooming well again.

Today the decorating was completed off the landing, staircase and a wall in the living room.
Great work done by the team.

As we have now had some rain, the cleaning of the roof that was done in June is now starting to look a lot cleaner as they said it would.

As the weather is meant to be decent this week, I decided to give the garden furniture a makeover.

We’ll all I can say, and Claire did do, what, a brilliant job by Kelvin, everything looked like it was, when it was originally laid about 10 years ago. It has brightened the garden area so much.
