After yesterday’s enjoyable day in the sun at the Oval, the forecast today was for even warmer weather, so we took a trip down to Seaford on the Sussex coast and enjoyed the good weather down there.

Of course there can’t be a visit to London without a picture of The Shard.

It was a very enjoyable day at the ground, apart from a situation that will appear later in the blog.
Crazy thing though only 76 overs were bowled in the day and with spinners too. Over rate far too slow, why they couldn’t carry on considering how good the weather was is beyond me, but they seem to have a major issue completing 90 overs in a day now in a test, which is less than they have to bowl in an one day international match.
