Week 281 – July 26th – Speldhurst v Kilndown & Lamberhurst Part 2

I like when I capture the ball being bowled in the picture.
Skipper bowling

Spitfire flying overhead at Speldhurst cricket ground. I didn’t stay to the end, but a crushing victory for Kilndown & Lambershurt with opener Gary Sargent making an unbeaten 106.
Kilndown & Lamberhurst 268-3 off 40 Overs (Gary Sargent 106*, Ben Sargent 72, Davy Matthews 33*) beat Speldhurst 94 off 25 overs by 174 runs

Week 281 – July 21st – Work out
After a few games of playing cricket, I felt when I was running, I was running in treacle.
So, after some communication, decided to go and see Andy a personal trainer and have a workout once a week to see if I can resolve this issue.
From discussion, we believe that this is down to the varicose veins and blood not flowing through my legs well.
