I took Claire to the doctor’s surgery to get her winter booster for Covid 19 virus.
She can get this because she is in a high risk health group. All went well.

Week 185 – Oct 1st – Weight back over 18 stone
Well just two weeks later my weight has gone back over 18 stone, showing 18st 0lbs 8oz.
Maybe this why?
Roast pork. The crackling was amazing. The joint was too. -
Week 183 – Sept 17th – Weight loss
Now and again the weighing scales can surprise you, and they certainly did today.
Back below 18 stone to 17st 12lbs.
Hopefully can stay there for a while now.

Week 182 – Sept 10th – All that food and drink
Well that wasn’t a surprise, coming back from the short birthday break to Christchurch.
Enjoying the food and drink, I was back over 18 stone, actually showing 18 stone 3lbs. Fight on again.

Week 180 – Aug 27th – Back below 18 stone
Managed to get my weight back below 18 stone this week.
Hopefully I can keep it there for a while.

Week 179 – Aug 20th – Back over 18 stone
After a few weeks, the weight has pushed itself back over 18 stone.
The battle continues.

Week 172 – July 2nd – Back below 18 again
Looks like I’m going to be on a roller coaster ride with my weight, as I manage to get it below 18 Sone again.
17st 13lbs 2oz.
Hope I can keep it below for longer this time.

Week 171 – June 25th – The holiday weight
Due to all the good food in the Lake District and despite all the walking, I put on 6lbs, so was back over 18 stone, so again, just below 18 stone for 1 week.

Week 170 – June 18th – Back below 18
Very apt, that on the 18th of the month, I managed to get back below 18 stone again. 😀😀
Now at 17st 12lbs.
Now the fight to stay there, but with a week in the Lake District coming up, it will be hard, but let’s see.

Week 170 – June 14th – Claire MRI
Took Claire for her MRI scan today, regarding her leg issue. Hopefully it will show what is causing the problem.
