I wasn’t happy that a delivery from Amazon said that I took the item in, when it was just left on the door step.
I got £5 credit after complaining, though for some reason it doesn’t show on your account, not sure how that works out.

Claire is now doing a 4 day compressed hour week, with a three day weekend.

Can’t believe it’s a year since I was made redundant and then what happened in that year too. Just shows you need to enjoy life as you never know what is going to happen.

Took Claire to the hospital to have her iron transfusion. Thankfully all went OK, have to see what happens.

Week 51 – February 15th – Week 7 of lockdown 3 restrictions
From searching around the internet this morning, I realised I was at Queen’s final live concert with Freddie Mercury singing.
It was at Knebworth on 9 August 1986, the last time that the four original members of Queen performed on stage together.
Taken far too early from us and he is/was the greatest live singer the world has seen in rock and pop!! -
Week 51 – February 15th – Week 7 of lockdown 3 restrictions
Today was 30 years since I first met Claire in Oxford Street London, it was a day that two IRA bombs went off in London, one actually in Oxford Street, the other Victoria station. Nothing was going to stop us and still going strong now.

We have been talking about it for a few years, but after the events of the last year with Covid19, today we had a phone meeting to start writing a will with a solicitor.

Earlier in the week I sorted out our new BT contract, which involved getting a new hub. In general went well setting it up. Important with Claire now working from home full time.

Not a good news day today, Claire was advised that she might have iron deficiency anemia, which could explain some of her tiredness.

Week 49 – February 1st – Week 5 of lockdown 3 restrictions
Had our car service after one year, did less than 10,000 miles, lowest we have done for a long time in a year. Thankfully everything was all OK.
