  • Week 177 – August 6th – Morph – Part 1

Today we did the Morph search and walk. We had set ourselves a goal to find 10 morphs and 3 mini ones.

It brought back memories of my child hood, as this was on television when I was young with a very clever artist called Tony Hart.

The idea behind the walk, was to make people aware regarding wheel chair accessibility.

Let’s see how we get on and how far we walk.

I hope you enjoy the journey and pictures?

    Morph
1st morph found, this is classed as a mini one. It was in Hamleys toy shop at London Bridge Station.

    Morph
The mini morph looks great. 1 down 2 more to find of these.

    Morph
Along the walk, took various other pictures. Sign about Southwark Cathedral. Didn’t realise that it’s only been a cathedral for just over a 100 years.
  • Week 177 – August 4th – Goring by Sea

With Claire being off, we took a trip down to the Sussex coast and were reasonably lucky with the weather and enjoyed a lunch on the beach.

    Channel
Looking out at the English Channel from the Goring by Sea beach. It was pretty busy and actually a decent day apart from the cloud that you can see in the picture.
  • Week 177 – August 2nd – The Bell Hotel

Today we went and spent time with Claire’s dad, as it would have been her mum’s birthday.

The first one since she passed away last year.

We had a lovely lunch at the Bell hotel in Sandwich to remember her.
