We took a trip up to London today and just wandering around, pictures captured from this.

We were walking over Tower Bridge and I could hear a siren sounds and there were waves in the River Thames, looking out, could see boats coming out from St Katherine Docks.

It was perfect weather to be boating on the River Thames today. -
Week 182 – Sept 10th – All that food and drink
Well that wasn’t a surprise, coming back from the short birthday break to Christchurch.
Enjoying the food and drink, I was back over 18 stone, actually showing 18 stone 3lbs. Fight on again.
