Week 246 – November 27th – New Zealand v England
This evening I mention to get a comment posted during the New Zealand v England test match that was due to start.

Why would you be in a competition and not try to win it when playing for your country? Impressed to make it on the live commentary for an England test match. Good to the commentator agreed with me.

Week 246 – November 27th – Doctor appointment
Well that was an interesting appointment.
It turns out the medication I was put on in May 2024, I should have still been taking and that I should have had a six month check up to see how I was doing on the medication for my blood pressure.
Which I said I was never told that when I had the doctor call back then.
I had been checking my blood pressure readings and showed them to the doctor who said they looked good.
She wanted me to check my blood pressure for the next 7 days, twice two times a day between 6am to 12pm and then 6pm to 12am.
Bring the reading in next week and book a follow up appointment.
