As mention before in previous blog posting, I would advise people in the UK to register for this on the UK Government website to keep a check that nothing is happening against your property.
It’s free and gives you peace of mind.

After the fantastic food, we took a wander around London to see the Christmas Lights and window displays.
Hope you enjoy the pictures?

After we finished Claire appointment, we went into London West End and in the afternoon went to the Italian restaurant Bar Remo.
It had a lovely atmosphere and once again brilliant service, with great food and drinks.

Today we travelled up to London as Claire had been asked to have an echocardiogram at St Thomas.
When we walked into the location, we wondered if we were in the right place as there was no one there.
After a few minutes someone came who was the receptionist as she had been making a coffee and checked us in.
Everything went OK for Claire with the echocardiogram.
This afternoon I had the follow up appointment with the Doctor regarding my blood pressure and she was happy that it was good, with an average reading of 117/82 and said that did not need medication and would sign me off for my life insurance.
I found it interesting that the Doctor said I should have been on the medication, but the walking and keeping active as obviously helped my blood pressure, does make me wonder if you need to stay on medication once on it.
Let’s see what the life insurance company now say.
