This evening, I found out that my dad was in hospital, due to his oxygen levels being very low and breathing issue.
Hopefully he won’t be in too long, as it’s my parent’s 60th wedding anniversary next week.
This evening I went on to the NHS app to see if my blood results were in.
They were and I was glad to see the reading was showing as 37, which is a normal reading, so the daily walking is helping me a lot.
When I had my health check a few years back, my bloods came back close to being pre diabetics 2.
Today was a blood test check how this was doing.
Claire dropped me off at Queens Mary’s hospital and when I checked in, I was the only 1 waiting, I was actually in and out before my time.
Everything went fine, just waiting for the results.

The weather was reasonable today, though not as warm as it had been during the week, so we took a drive over to Greenwich Park.

I went over and saw Martin today, as it was a Friday, wasn’t expecting the car park to be so full, but it was more than full.
Had to park elsewhere and walk back to Martin office.
Had a good chat with Martin and hopefully will see him at a Kent match this year.
If your local to Dartford Kent, I would recommend Martin for your accountancy

Another month and another health insight survey.
Nothing really to report as I have not had to use the NHS in the last month.
