I’m now down to my lowest weight for 5 years, after my health check in 2020.
17st 6lbs. All the exercising and healthier eating, but of course still eating spuds.
My goal is to stay below 18 stone.

Week 277 –June 28th – Arsenal football club
Never thought I would be titling a post for Arsenal football club.
This morning, I had enough and posted a 1-star trust pilot review of Arsenal football club after their pathetic response or lack of response to my enquiry from the 9th June,
They obviously don’t care about the reviews as they don’t respond to any, good or bad reviews, and I was surprised to see many more bad reviews than good reviews.
I also sent an email to Robbie Williams to let them know about the great show, but the lack of safety outside of the stadium.
Have not been impressed with the service from Arsenal customer service. Then if they give poor service, I will mention it.

Week 277 – June 27th – What a job
We’ll all I can say, and Claire did do, what, a brilliant job by Kelvin, everything looked like it was, when it was originally laid about 10 years ago. It has brightened the garden area so much.

The six-monthly report came through, and all was OK with the property.

Week 277 – June 26th – Patio
Today I cleared up the patio with moving all the stuff on to the garden ready for Kelvin who was coming on Friday to power wash it clean.
Busy morning clearing the patio ready for the clean 
Hopefully will look must better at some point on Friday.
