Today I went to the Queen Marys hospital and got my first vaccine jab, the Oxford Astra Zenca one, it was actually done by my GP. I didn’t feel the jab and I hate needles.
Very well organised by the NHS, thank you.

Just shows what is possible in life, thank you for what you did in an hour of need more then once Captain Sir Tom Moore
Captain Sir Tom Moore has died with coronavirus.
The 100-year-old, who raised almost £33m for NHS charities by walking laps of his garden, was admitted to Bedford Hospital on Sunday.
The Queen led tributes to Capt Sir Tom, “recognising the inspiration he provided for the whole nation and others across the world”.
His daughters said they “shared laughter and tears” with their father in their final few hours together.
Announcing his death, Hannah Ingram-Moore and Lucy Teixeira said the last year of their father’s life had been “nothing short of remarkable”.
He tested positive for Covid-19 last week. His family said due to other medication he was receiving for pneumonia, he was unable to be vaccinated.
New clap for heroes was meant to start tonight, but no one else did it around us which was very sad. It was the only one done this time.
Claire and I watched a very powerful first episode of Casualty last night (first episode) since filming was allowed after the various lockdowns. I sensed that they were having a dig about some of the decisions made regarding the NHS by the government.
