Week 110 – April 24th – Greenwich – Part 1
O2, didn’t realise that I could get a full shot of it from Greenwich. Not sure what the building is in front of it. First time we have seen a cruise liner docked at Greenwich. Took us by surprise. Looking up to the Royal Observatory from the Thames. -
Week 110 – April 18th – Last tablet
Today I took my last reflux tablet, they have helped me for sure. Onward and upwards.

Week 109 – April 15th – Good Friday – Part 1
For a change the weather was decent for a public holiday weekend.
So we decided to travel to London.
Here are some pictures from the trip.
I didn’t realise that New Scotland Yard was along the Embankment. That’s because I’m a good boy 
Big Ben in all it’s glory again after the scaffolding has been removed. It’s real name is the Elizabeth Tower, replacing Clock Tower in 2012 for the Queen Elizabeth 
St Thomas hospital where Claire dad will have his operation. 
Supreme Court of Justice Even after all these years of going to London, came across stuff that I never knew. I’m sure there’s plenty more I don’t know.

Week 108 – April 10th – Lullingstone Country Park
As the weather was quite decent today, we decided to go for a walk at Lullingstone Country Park.

Week 108 – April 9th – Fantastic Beasts: The Secrets of Dumbledore
This afternoon we went to see Fantastic Beasts: The Secrets of Dumbledore.
Compared to the 1st film, I thought this was very slow going and dragged out in places and not as good as the 1st film.
At least it was comfortable watching in the recliner seats.

Week 107 – April 3rd – Woman’s Cricket World Cup Final
Australia 356-5 in 50 overs (Alyssa Healy 170, Rachael Haynes 68, Beth Mooney 62, Anya Shrubsole 10-0-46-3) beat England 285 in 43.4 overs (Natalie Sciver 148*, Megan Schutt 8-0-42-2, Alana King 10-0-64-3, Jess Jonassen 8.4-0-44-3) by 71 runs.
Delayed by a year due to the Covid 19 pandemic, the Woman cricket world cup final was played today.
Somehow England managed to make the final, after becoming the first team at any World Cup to lose their first three games.
Though they came up against the mighty Australian team who had been unbeaten and have only lost two games since the last World Cup in 2017, which we had seen England win at Lords in one of the most enjoyable days of my life.
Alyssa Healy (player of the match and tournament), made the highest score in any World Cup final (women’s or men’s) with hitting already the ground after a steady start and was given great support by Rachael Haynes and Beth Mooney.
Anya Shrubsole the player of the match in 2017 final, was the only England bowler to really trouble the Australians.
In reply only Natalie Sciver made any impact with the bat in scoring a brilliant 148*, but no real support from anyone else as Australia rightly won the final by 71 runs.
