Not a good evening when I went to weigh myself and I was back over 18 stone.
Now 18 stone 1lb.

Week 316 – March 29th – Magic radio
Whilst we were traveling to a garden centre in Tunbridge Wells, one of my songs came on the radio “I’m only human after all”. Was singing along and then after it I had my name read out, as Claire has text into the Anna Richardson show, she found it amusing what the song meant to me.

Week 316 – March 28th – Elephant trail – Part 7
Peony Lover – Peony has always been a special flower with a special meaning for the Chinese, from the past through to the present. It is an auspicious flower and a symbol of abundance and prosperity. It is also believed to bring fortune and richness. 
Alice in Wonderphant – Studio Phantasma make fantasy art, so working with Alice in Wonderland was a dream come true. Comer and join Alice in the magical world of Wonderphant! 
Patchie Indigo – Based on holidays in Asia and the beautiful fabrics, temples and palaces. We managed to find and collect 20 of the 21 elephant statues. The reason why didn’t find the 21st, it wasn’t on display yet.

Mosha Loves London. 
Pattern Geometrics – This fiery red elephant is somewhat tamed by the pattern of geometric shapes that suggest order, but also remain playful and challenge the eye and fantasy. 
Psychedelephant Two Personalities or Different Realities – This elephant shows how we all see the world from our perspective. This elephant invites you to look beyond what you initially think you see. Be open to new insights and continue to seek beauty in the unknown. -

Dripfant – Dripping is a technique from action painting, creating chaotic but playful forms that challenge the eye and trigger the imagination. 
I Want To Be Pink And Fluffy Too – On one of my tropical journeys I passed a lake with hundreds of flamingos; one beautiful pink cloud. Suddenly I could imagine how an elephant could be happy there. 
Peeping Blue One – Someone is peeping from the slit of the elephant. Looking at us. He looks like an elephant, but something is weird. Doesn’t matter, we just see a blue creature. -

Of course in London, a picture of The Shard from around the side of Battersea Power Station. 
Psycho Elephant Antropofagico – Reflection of ancient symbols of Brazilian indigenous groups. 
Noah – Mandalas (geometric figure symbolic of the universe) for good feelings. -

Three corners – I was inspired by the patterns and colours of the indigenous. 
The Story of Asia – Faces are trying to say something in their heart. Showing the different traditions of Asia through faces. 
Mountain stargazer – Star science has a long tradition in Falera Switzerland. where this elephant was made. -
Week 316 – March 28th – Elephant trail – Part 2
Lucky Elephant – This elephant was the winning design of a competition during the elephant parade Twente 2021 
Terra Uomo – warns us of global warming. A cheerful looking elephant with a serious message. 
Angels elephant – Angel is a non-verbal kind, fun, interesting and sweet young man from Mexico, who shares his world through colours, textures and shapes as well as loving painting. We still haven’t gone inside the power station and have found 6 elephants already.

Week 316 – March 28th – Elephant trail – Part 1
Like last year, the elephant charity has done another trail, but this time it is only around Battersea Power Station and the statue are elephants.

Near to Battersea Power tube station – is the 1st elephant Silver Mountain – Silver mountain is a universal gesture of human connection and affection. 
Lanna Eden – A symbol of Buddha, this is about his elephant king’s stand on lotus of the great royal parasol Eden. 
Magical Creatures – Come in all colours and emotions. They wrap themselves around the elephant and help save it. -
Week 316 – March 24th – Glad I chased
I decided to chase about when I would be having my SVT scan and left a voicemail.
Later in the day I had a call back and was told there was a 6 to 9 months waiting list, I said the consultant has booked me in already for June.
I was put through to the scan team and told them the situation; they have booked me in before my consultant appointment.
Don’t understand why I had to chase, because this should have been organised after I saw the consultant in February.
