Week 148 – January 15th – Dover
We took a trip to Dover Top to look out on the English Channel and Dover Port.

Caught this fox napping on a neighbour roof enjoying the winter sun.
They seem to be out in the daylight much more these day.
Not a cat nap, but a fox nap. -

We went to visit the Kent town of Sandwich on Boxing Day and had a lovely walk by the river Stour.

Week 145 – December 25th – St Margarets Bay
We did manage to get out and went down to St Margarets Bay.
As usual the English Channel was still busy.
English channel. I didn’t realise this until today – “The beach at St Margaret’s is famous for being the closest point to France and is often where Channel swimmers begin their 21-mile swim.”
