Still doing the survey for the ICC.
I sent a screen shot of one my cricket projects I started during the lockdown in 2020.
Updating the spreadsheet from one the Netherlands v West Indies ODI.

Week 116 – June 5th – Platinum Jubilee Pageant
The last day of the four day Platinum Jubilee for the Queen.
A pageant was put on, again thankfully the weather stay dry for the performers and the people watching.
It was good to see the younger and older royals interact whilst watching and shows how the Royal family has evolved over the Queen’s rein.
The Queen made an appearance on the balcony which was great to see.
A picture of Queen and the next 3 in line to be the Kings of England.

Week 116 – June 4th – High Elm Country Park
As the weather improved today, we decided to go to Farnborough, but there was nowhere to park, unless you were willing to pay.
So I drove to High Elm Country Park, here the car park was free.
Haven’t been here for at least 30 years, but it hasn’t changed that much in all that time.
Good to get out for a walk and fresh air.

Week 116 – June 3rd – Lunch
Maybe this is part of the reason, why the cost of a ticket is so high at Lord’s?
Look at the lunch time player’s menu. (Lord’s is famous for their food)
Part of the ICC survey I was doing for the week.

Players lunch menu, i’m sure part of the reason a ticket is so expensive. -
Week 116- June 3rd – England v New Zealand
Today we should have been at the 2nd day of the test match, but the price of the ticket was crazy, plus adding the travel, food and drink on top, it becomes a very expensive day.
Only in the week leading up to the match, was there comments made by people that Lord’s was charging too much and they wonder why not all the seats were sold, especially with all other events going on and the cost of living too.

Week 116 – June 2nd – Biggin Hill Part 1
Finally this week we got to the Lookout café at Biggin Hill.
It had been closed down during the pandemic as it was used as a Covid19 testing centre.
Unfortunately none of the staff were still there, but still provided good food and service, and a great place to watch aircraft land and go.
Took some pictures of the various aircraft there.

Week 116 – June 2nd – Trooping the Colour
Today was the start of the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee.
None of us will see another one in our life time.
Today we watched the Trooping the Colour on television, thankfully the weather was decent and it was great to watch.
Then there was a fly over, which the Queen and the working members of the Royal family watched from the balcony at Buckingham Palace. She looked amazing.
