On the way back from Knole Park, Claire said she wanted to put a Christmas reef up. So we went to one of the local garden centres and purchased this one.

It was meant to go on the door, but the fitting wouldn’t fit on the door, but I actually thought it looked good here, what do you think?

We both love that the deer can roam around freely. It’s a lovely place to relax.

Ongoing communication with Cricinfo website and the number of errors, which I find quite incredible for the number 1 cricket website in the world.

    Hi Michael,

I’ve checked with our data team – many of the errors in the partnership and wagon wheel part of match stats from before 2006 are because of bugs with our earlier scoring software, which we have moved on from. None of the numbers on that page impact our overall partnership/wagon-wheel numbers because the errors are only in rendering on that page; at the back end all the numbers have been captured correctly.

And some of those are not errors at all – when a wicket falls off the last ball of an over, only the other not-out batsman is shown in the end-of-over summary; the new batsman appears later.

Our data guys will get to this at some point, but it’s not high-priority at the moment given some of the other projects they are currently on.

    Regards

    S Rajesh

    This was my response –

    Hello S Rajesh.

    Thank you for your response.

I sensed they were bugs as they we’re happening to often.

Regarding the end of over, not over 1 and the player is out of the last ball. It’s showing the wrong player on the end of the over graphic.

I have to say. I class cricinfo as the number one cricket site in the world and it’s quite staggering the number of errors that are on the site.

For the record we have found errors in this year’s matches, which we have reported and are still showing.

    Regards

    Michael.

Claire shouts down, the toilet won’t flush. I have a quick look and can’t see anything wrong, I phoned our plumbing service and the earliest they could get to us was December 2nd (I’m calling on November 27th), in normal times, that’s bad enough, but in Covid19 times, that is ridiculous.

I called Ziya and had a chat with him, I then cleaned of soot type stuff at the bottom of the tank and it started working again. Even though my mother in law said it must have been a botch-job, it was far from it, as MJ limited struck again.
