Can’t believe its 40 years since the 1st Beverley Hills Cop and Eddie Murphy hardly looked any different, though the other two main returning characters, you couldn’t say that.
Instead of 1st showing in the cinema, this was on Netflix.
I didn’t realise until looking into, Eddie, he didn’t like the 3rd film.
It was ok film, made for an enjoyable evening, before the big match tomorrow night.
This afternoon, I signed a petition regarding toll prices for using the Blackwall tunnel, which has been free for over 100 years and now they want to charge to help pay for the new SilverTown tunnel, which I don’t see of any benefit to or a lot of people.
I doubt anything will come of it, because Khan seems to get way on anything and everything. Especially when it involves grabbing money of people..
But as they say, if you don’t try or do something, you don’t know.
As the weather hadn’t been brilliant since Thursday and for the only time of the year, a grand prix race is shown live on free to air television, we decided to watch the British Grand Prix.
What a race it was with 3 British drivers taking the top 3 grid places, which hadn’t ever for the British Grand Prix.
The race was great as there was a lot of overtaking and especially the final result, as Claire favourite Lewis Hamilton won his final British Grand Prix race as a Mercedes driver and was his first win in 945 days.
Even on the television, the noise of the crowd was incredible and Lewis was very emotional.
Well the Conservatives took a right bashing in the general election, not surprising after the party gate scandal, the handling of the pandemic, then the mess of Liz Truss leadership, followed by the cost living crisis which they didn’t really help with at all.
The worrying thing, is that this was the second lowest turnout by people to vote, don’t they care about the country?
It shows voting is important, as 7 of the constituency were by won less than 100 votes.
So a Labour government after 14 years, good luck and I hope we can see some help for the people.
