This evening, I went back to the trainer Andy, for the 1st time since I fractured my collarbone and Claire also trained for the 1st time since 2024.

We both OK, though my knee was hurting afterwards.

As they say, no pain, no gain. Lets see if that is true.

  • Week 311 – February 16th – SVT

Well, this was a fun journey, Sidcup to Kings Collage Hospital, as there is no direct train route.  I was going to change at Lewisham, but as we left Sidcup, I decided not to, instead I went to London Bridge.

Then went down to the underground and took the Jubilee line to Westminster and changed to the District and Circle line to Victoria, where I then took a train out to Denmark Hill, before walking down to the hospital.

The only good thing today, was that I saw the consultant early, as after looking at my leg, said I will get you to have another scan. Why not do this before the appointment?

The other question is how long will I have to wait and will it more local for the scan or up to Kings Collage Hospital again?
