Week 308 – January 30th – Evening with Wayne
As Claire was meeting some of her friends, I went with her to Bluewater and met Wayne.
Had a pizza and good chat putting the world to rights lol.

Week 304 – January 1st – New Year Day
As it was dry first day of the year and we wanted to get outside, we went to Greenwich Park and had a walk around the park and Greenwich and of course a Costa coffee.
1st day of 2026 and in London, so a picture of The Shard. Start how we mean to go on.

Week 303 – December 25th – Christmas Day
Christmas Day was different this year. First time I haven’t been with Claire, as she went down to her dads, whilst I stay at home, until one of my sisters came and picked me up, so that I spent it with my sisters and mum.
After the lovely Christmas dinner, we drove over to the cemetery and went down to my dad’s grave.
Our plant was still there, and my sisters lay one as well.
We gave a pray and then went home.
Left by my mum on Christmas Day. RIP Dad.

Week 302 – December 21st – Remembering
This morning we went up to my dad’s grave to remember him and put this plant by the grave.
Will be the first Christmas without dad.

Week 301 – December 13th – Christmas Lights Part 5
Lights on Piccadilly. 
Lights in Soho. 
The famous Christmas tree in Trafalgar Square, which is gifted by Norway. 
Lights on the Strand. Looking back at last year’s blog posting, can see some of the shops in New Bond Street were displaying the same lights. So not much effort put in there.
The lights on Oxford Street were terrible. Cost of living hitting everyone.
London was heaving, the busiest we have seen it, since Covid.
