Week 80 – September 26th – England v New Zealand at Canterbury – Part 4
An enjoyable day as England thrashed New Zealand in nice late September weather, shame the season in general couldn’t be as good as it has been in September regarding the weather.

England 347-5 in 50 overs (Lauren Winfield-Hill 43, Tammy Beaumont 102, Natalie Sciver 39, Amy Jones 60, Sophia Dunkley 33, Danni Wyatt 43, Hannah Rowe 10-1-65-2) beat New Zealand 144 in 35.2 overs (Sophie Ecclestone 8-1-32-2, Kate Cross 8-0-44-3, Heather Knight 5-0-24-3) by 203 runs.
Great comment at the presentation by the New Zealand caption Sophie Devine – “It’s one of those games you just flush down the dunny. Full credit to England, they completely outperformed us.
