  • Week 317 – April 4th – Health Insight Survey

I filled out another health survey, which I wasn’t happy with the follow up service to my SVT issue.

Mentioning that I had to chase regarding the scan appointment, on the call back, I was told that this was 6 to 9 months, which was silly, as I already had an appointment to see the consultant in June, when I was passed through to the scan team, I was able to get a scan the week before.

Gave good feedback for the pharmacist.
